All of DOOR Martijn's properties are listed in Realworks and are automatically loaded onto the website. New homes and price changes appear online immediately, without any manual work on the site.

Because Realworks only allows traffic from a single fixed IP address and Wix operates with rotating servers, we built our own proxy. The website communicates with this proxy, which then retrieves the data from Realworks using a fixed address. This ensures the connection remains reliable, while the real estate agent continues to work in Realworks.

Based on the listings, we created a search function that allows visitors to filter by location, price, and property type. This enables them to quickly find the homes that match their search criteria.
