Pawy delivers fresh dog food on a subscription basis in Switzerland. We built a custom platform for this in Wix Studio using Velo.

Every dog automatically receives a feeding plan based on breed, weight, age, activity level, and condition. The system calculates the daily amount, box size, recipes, and delivery frequency. Multiple dogs in one household share one box, while puppies and seniors automatically receive their own program.

The registration process works in four languages, remembers where customers left off, and supports Google Maps address completion, discount codes, and passwordless accounts. Payment can be made via credit card, TWINT, PostFinance, or invoice with an automatic credit check and Swiss QR invoice. With every renewal, the system schedules the order for the correct delivery day, taking into account fixed routes, holidays, and exceptions. Orders are automatically sent to the kitchen with packing lists per recipe and are dispatched via Planzer. Customers manage their delivery, dogs, recipes, quantities, address, and payment details themselves in My Account.

Customer service also operates from the same system. The Intercom AI views customer data, orders, invoices, and delivery times, and can immediately perform actions such as rescheduling deliveries, modifying recipes, or pausing subscriptions. In the background, recurring tasks link payments to invoices, correct failed processes, and alert the team to errors. This ensures that the customer, customer service, and kitchen always work with the same up-to-date data.
