At Yonglo we are proud to contribute to adventurous projects, and our partnership with Rewild is a perfect example of that. Rewild, the online outdoor booking platform for the Netherlands and Belgium, brings outdoor enthusiasts and unique experiences together.
From vision to digital experience
The project started with an intensive collaboration between our team and the clients of Rewild. By working closely together from the first phase, we were able to design a website that is not only functional, but also reflects the core values of Rewild: adventure, accessibility and connection with nature.
Building with Wix Studio
For the technical realization of the website, we used Wix Studio, a platform that offered us the flexibility to develop a modern, professional website. By making optimal use of the possibilities of Wix Studio, we built a website that is fully responsive. This means that the website offers an optimal user experience on every device - from desktops to smartphones.
Usability and experience come first
At Yonglo, usability is always high on the agenda, and this project was no different. The Rewild website is designed with the user in mind, with clear and intuitive navigation. Whether you’re looking for an outdoor activity in the mountains or a relaxing nature walk, the website makes it easy to browse through the offerings and quickly book an experience that suits you.
In addition, we paid a lot of attention to the experience. With atmospheric images, interactive elements and inspiring content, we wanted to immerse visitors in the world of outdoor adventures. The goal was not only to build a functional website, but also to create a platform that makes the user enthusiastic to go out and discover new experiences.
Experience
Yonglo paid special attention to the user experience when designing the website for Rewild in the Wix Studio platform. This makes the website feel like a real journey through nature. Every detail, from the choice of colors to the interactive features, is aimed at inspiring visitors to connect with the outdoor world of Rewild.
Profile pages
For Rewild, Yonglo developed custom profile pages that allow organizations to present their outdoor activities in a simple and clear way. These pages are fully tailored to the needs of the user, with a clear layout, eye-catching visuals and practical filters. Organizations can effortlessly add and manage activities such as hiking, workshops or adventure expeditions, while visitors can quickly find the perfect activity. This makes discovering and offering outdoor experiences more accessible than ever.

The Rewild website features a clear and user-friendly search module, allowing users to quickly and easily find the perfect outdoor activity. With smart filters, such as location, activity type and availability, visitors can fine-tune their search to their preferences.

Rewild turned to Yonglo for their deep technical expertise and extensive programming knowledge of the Wix Studio platform. Choosing Yonglo was a conscious decision, to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver customized solutions that seamlessly fit the needs of their clients.
The Yonglo team, in close collaboration with Rewild, has fully customized various parts of the website, so that it perfectly matches the needs of both the client and the users. One of the most important additions is the fully custom search module , which allows visitors to easily and quickly find their ideal outdoor activity. Thanks to a smart and intuitive interface, including filters by location, date and activity type, this search module offers an optimal user experience.
In addition, Yonglo has developed a custom login function , especially for organizations that want to offer their outdoor activities via Rewild. These organizations can manage, adjust and publish their activities via a clear dashboard. To make planning outdoor experiences even easier, Yonglo has implemented an extensive booking module , with which visitors can book activities directly.
Yonglo has also ensured seamless integration in the area of payments by adding a secure and user-friendly payment module . Furthermore, various custom forms have been developed, with which organisations and users can exchange specific information. To fully complete the process, triggered e-mails have been introduced. These ensure automated, professional follow-up, for example with booking confirmations or updates.
