Burgstate manages real estate throughout Limburg, ranging from office spaces and commercial properties to shops, hospitality venues, and residential homes. The entire portfolio is listed in Bloxs, their management system, which is directly linked to the website. As soon as a property is added or modified in Bloxs, it appears on the site in no time, complete with photos, floor areas, rental prices, and availability. No one needs to retype anything or update it afterwards.

We built an extensive structure of search and landing pages around this portfolio. Each space type and location has its own page with the corresponding listings, making Burgstate easy to find for people searching for, for example, office space in Venlo or commercial space in Geleen. These pages populate themselves using the same data, ensuring the listings are accurate everywhere.

To quickly find the right property, we developed a custom filter as a custom element. Visitors filter by space type, location, floor area, and rental price and immediately see what is available. This allows an entrepreneur to find the right space within a few clicks, while Burgstate maintains a single location where everything is tracked.
