Passanelli’s webshop is directly linked to Moneybird. Orders are automatically converted into invoices, including customer details, order lines, shipping costs, and VAT. New customers are created, and existing customers are recognized.

This ensures the administration remains up-to-date at all times. Revenue, payments, and outstanding invoices are visible live in Moneybird. Payments are automatically linked to the correct invoice via the bank connection. VAT is also processed automatically, so the quarterly tax return is practically ready. The bookkeeper works directly within the same administration, without exports or intermediate steps.

The integration is custom-made, built on the Moneybird API and the order flow of Wix Studio. Passanelli sells wine; the rest happens automatically.
