Yonglo built a client portal on top of Wix Bookings, featuring fully custom pages. Real estate agencies receive a business account and book by invoice. All 43 photographers have linked their schedules, so the portal immediately shows who is available by region and service type.

Subsequently, the invoices are automatically generated in Moneybird. An office that had twenty homes photographed receives a single invoice, with each address as a separate line item. The client can find this invoice in their own account.

As soon as the photos are ready, an employee adds the Dropbox link to the system. The client automatically receives an email and finds everything to view and download on their own media page, entirely in the style of Woningperspectief.
